JEC Jersey Tour 2012
12th - 16th September 2012
For the first time in 2012 the JEC will be heading off to the picturesque island of Jersey, where you will be able to enjoy the battle of Britain display from your base at the Radisson Blu Hotel, and will be able to explore all the various delights offered on this lovely island.

Itinerary:
Wednesday 12th September:
Depart Weymouth at 09.00hrs for the fast craft service to Jersey arriving at 13.00hrs. There are static displays at Jersey airport for those wanting a closer look at some of the aircraft involved in the weeks activities.
Thursday 13th September:
Today is the ever more popular Jersey International Air Display which you will be able to enjoy from the comfort of your hotel. There are also various other displays including the helicopters and crew in the ‘People’s Park’ .
Friday 14th September:
A scenic road run will take you to some of the historic and picturesque parts of the island.
Saturday 15th September:
A free day so you may wish to visit Jersey Zoo; the home of the Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust, or visit the War Tunnels and get an insight into the ccupation of the island during World War II.
A tour dinner is arranged for this evening at the hotel.
Sunday 16th September:
A full day to relax before leaving Jersey at 17.30hrs for the fast craft service back to Weymouth, arriving at 21.40hrs

(based on 2 people in a car, sharing a double/twin room)
